Job Overview
Al Baladi Holding is seeking a dedicated and customer-friendly Cashier to join our team in Qatar. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the cash counter.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
✔ Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely.
✔ Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
✔ Maintain proper cash register balance and generate receipts.
✔ Ensure the workstation is clean and organized at all times.
✔ Report any discrepancies or technical issues to the supervisor.
✔ Follow company policies and security procedures for cash handling.
Requirements & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
🔹 Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is a plus.
🔹 Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
🔹 Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
🔹 Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
